The Summit is organized by a diverse coalition of grassroots organisations including Animal Activism Collective (AAC), the Coalition to Abolish the Fur Trade (CAFT), and the International Council for Animal Welfare (ICAW). Its stated aims is ‘to strengthen and connect the growing network of grassroots animal activists, providing a shared space to learn effective strategies and gain support from peers’.
